Refund policy

On receiving your order, if you wish to return your purchase, you have 14 days to notify us of your intent to return the order to us. You will have a further 5 working days for the order to arrive back with us for a refund on the price of the product. After that and up to 30 days you will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned product.

Doctor Greene’s must be notified of your wish to return via email or through the contact page on our website.

Doctor Greene’s cannot accept opened and used products for exchange or return, for health protection and hygiene reasons. We offer an exchange or refund for products if they are in the same condition and packaging in which they were originally dispatched. Returned items must be in perfect merchandisable condition without defect, with individual packaging and capable of resale. Any damage or defect cancels any obligation on us to refund you.

The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense. We don’t offer a collection service. We recommend you use a carrier that can provide proof of posting. Until the parcel is received at our address, it will remain your responsibility.
